Changes in mandibular position , alter, homolateraly, the eyes convergence.

Prevention is important in medicine, in postural deseases , for that reason in children we have to act in very early age

If the stomatognatic system loose it balance, will affect firstly , the cervicals, locking them.
It is important to notice , that mandibular position , when altered , will affect the posture.

Posture alterations can have differents causes, in this case we can see the mandibular position and anatomic  leg alteration, both are causing postural desease.

When mandibular position change , some times for mal occlusions, it alter the static posture.
Mandibular position is related with eye convergence, any mandibular joint cambiament,(rigth,left,or both) create a related hipo occular convergence homolateral.
That means:

• right changes alter right occulomotor
  

• left changes alter left occulomotor.
  

• anterior o posterior changes alter both occulomotrs
  

Mandiular position, interfere with one of the main receivers in static postural: eyes, that means , occulo motor sistem.

When this occur , head change and adapt it position, it start a postural alteration.
